As confirmation of your booking You can print out Reservation.RU Voucher, which shall be sent to your contact E-mail address after Your payment has been processed. Also you can find this Voucher in "My Account" section.
1. Payment by credit cards
Following credit cards accepted: VISA, MasterCard, JCB or Diners Club.
Credit card payment can be done at the same moment as booking or from “My Account” latest 35 min. after reservation has been made.
Payment arranged via secured server of processing centre ASSIST. The security of payments in ASSIST is ensured by SSL protocol used for confidential information transmission from a customer to ASSIST server for further processing. The further transmission of information is carried out via closed banking networks which are practically impossible to penetrate. The protection of confidential information during transmission between the client and the system server is ensured by SSL 3.0 protocol. The server certificate is issued by Thawte - a recognized center for digital certificates.
Reservation is automatically confirmed after the payment. Payment after period of specified time is technically impossible.
2. Payment by Bank transfer
Invoice for your reservation payment will de forwarded to your contact email address. You can also print out the Invoice from “My Account” page, after authorization.
Reservation will be finally confirmed after the payment received.
3. Authorization Letter
Authorisation letter should be filled out and signed by the cardholder. After that (but not later than 25 hours before check in) it should be sent via fax or e-mail to Reservation.RU office together with scanned copy of credit card both sides.
Booking will be cofirmed immediately after successfull authorisation of payment by "Svoy travel" operator.
Attention! Credit card use without permission of cardholder IS ILLEGAL. In case of
illegal use the payer will be prosecuted in accordance with Russian Federation laws. We recommend to use only personal credit cards or to secure official permission of cardholder.
