Reservation.RU – internet-project of «Svoy travel» LTD, Moscow «Svoy travel» LTD is officially accredited at Department of Consular Service of Ministry of Foreign Trade of Russian Federation and has a right to give visa support for applying for tourist visa on territory of Russian Federation.
Tourist visa is a permission on an entrance and departure on a period no more than 30 days and registers in the Consular department in Embassy of Russian Federation in the country of stay of foreign citizen.
Visa support document is given free of charge in case if reserving and making total payment of accommodation of foreign citizen.
In the case of cancellation of hotel reservation after visa support has been done, the cost of registration holds out from a payer. Amount can be specified from the manager of reservation.
For organization of visa support it is necessary to give all information about the program of stay of foreign citizen on territory of Russian Federation including : information about the cities of visit, hotels, terms of residence and also xerox copy of passport of foreign citizen.
After getting all information, plenipotentiary of «Svoy travel» LTD sends in the Consular department of the proper embassy of Russian Federation - Confirmation about the reception of foreign citizen and Tourist voucher. After that for registration of tourist visa a foreign citizen must arrive in the Consular department of Embassy of Russian Federation and fill in the Application form, To give an operating passport(a term is more than 6 months to the date of arrival on territory of Russian Federation). Complete set of pictures, and also to pay the necessary sum of Consulate's commission.
Foreign citizens arriving to Russian Federation on the basis of tourist visa during 24 hours put on a migratory account which is registers at the reception in a hotel.
For registration on the migratory account, a foreign citizen shows to the employee of hotel(fornt desk manager) a passport, tourist visa on the basis of which the entrance on territory of the Russian Federation was done and also migration card registered before passing the border control.
Confirmation of registration of foreign citizen on the migratory account is the second part of Form of notification about arrival with the official mark of regional office of the migratory account which gives to the foreign citizen during 24 hours after registration in a hotel and which must be returned in reservation department at check – out from a hotel.
The loss of tourist visa and also departure from the country later the date of departure indicated in a visa unavoidable problem for a foreign citizen at passing of passport control.
The prolongation of term of tourist visa for a foreign citizen can be produced only in exceptional cases and only by the company giving visa support document.
«Svoy travel» LTD reserves the right to refuse to the foreign citizen in getting visa support without explanation of reasons.
